Designing a product with a team can be exciting, yet without a proper framework, it can be draining. I start by understanding the business problem and exploring possibilities for an effective and efficient solution. I then consult with the creative and engineering teams to develop a clear, structured strategy that meets the project's quality standards and deadlines. This way, we don't waste too much time or resources at any step, keeping the project running smoothly.
